Stop letting those "I'll get to it eventually" tasks clutter your mind. This 4-hour service block is designed to knock out a significant portion of your home maintenance list in one go. Whether it’s a collection of small repairs or a single mid-sized installation, we’ll work efficiently to get your home back in top shape. What can be completed in 4 hours? To help you plan your booking, here are some examples of what we can typically achieve in a 4-hour window: The "To-Do" Mix: Install a new ceiling fan, swap out 2–3 light fixtures, and patch/paint a few small drywall holes. Kitchen & Bath Refresh: Replace a kitchen faucet, install a new garbage disposal, and re-caulk a bathtub or shower. Mounting & Hanging: Wall-mount two large TVs (including wire concealment) and hang a gallery wall of 5–10 pictures or mirrors. Safety & Tech: Install a video doorbell, 2–3 smart locks, and replace all smoke detector batteries throughout the house. Exterior Maintenance: Power wash a small deck or entryway, and clear out the gutters on a standard single-story home. Pro-Tip: Have your materials (like the new faucet, TV mounts, or light fixtures) on-site before I arrive to ensure we spend all 4 hours focused on the labor!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have established the following rules for cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment through our website/app up to 12 hours before your scheduled start time at no cost. Late Cancellation Fee: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment start time will incur a $60.00 late cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: If you are not present at the location at the time of the appointment and have not provided prior notice, it will be considered a "No-Show," and the $60.00 fee will be charged to the card on file. Card on File: By booking this service, you authorize us to securely store your card information and charge the applicable fee in the event of a late cancellation or no-show as defined above. We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss your booking.
